2. Cancellation Policy

• Bookings cancelled before driver dispatch are not charged.
• If the driver has already been assigned or reached the location, a cancellation fee will apply.
• Last-minute cancellations (within 30 minutes of scheduled start time) will be charged 50% of the service fee.
• No-shows or failure to hand over the vehicle after the driver arrives will be treated as full-service charge.
• The company reserves the right to cancel a booking if the pickup location is unsafe or the vehicle is not roadworthy.
