• Our company provides trained and verified drivers to operate the client’s vehicle on a temporary, hourly, or trip basis.
• Clients must ensure the vehicle is insured, legally registered, and in proper running condition.
• Drivers will strictly follow traffic laws and maintain professional conduct at all times.
• The company is not responsible for any mechanical issues, breakdowns, or pre-existing vehicle damage.
• The client is responsible for all toll fees, parking charges, fuel, and penalties not caused by the driver.
• For outstation duties, food, accommodation, and extra charges (if any) are to be borne by the client.
• Any misconduct, violation, or unsafe vehicle conditions gives the driver/company the right to refuse or stop the service.
• The customer agrees not to engage the driver for private work without company approval.
• In the event of an accident, liability will be decided as per insurance rules and relevant government laws.
• By booking our service, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
