4. Return & Refund Policy
- As this is a service-based business, no physical return applies.
- Refunds are provided only when the driver fails to reach the customer, the service cannot be provided due to company-side issues, or in cases of technical billing errors.
- No refund will be given for late cancellations, no-shows, or situations where the customer refuses service after driver arrival.
- All approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days via the original payment method.
- The company’s decision regarding refunds is final and binding.
